Currently serving as Director of Business Transformation and Expansion at Kinetico International since February 2019, Carles has previously held significant roles at Ence - Energía y Celulosa, where responsibilities included overseeing the supply chain for power plants and leading a team that achieved a 14% reduction in supply costs. Prior experience includes positions at TRADEBE and Procter & Gamble, where Carles drove supply chain optimization resulting in substantial cost savings and operational improvements. Educational credentials include an MBA from IESE Business School and an International MBA Exchange Program at the China Europe International Business School, complemented by a degree in Industrial Engineering from IQS.
