Alexandra Hernandez, PHR, SHRM-CP

Alexandra Hernandez, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a solid background in human resources with experience in various roles and industries. Alexandra started their career in 2011 as a Corporate Recruiter at Smith & Associates, where they worked until 2013. Alexandra then joined Targa Resources as an HR Generalist from 2013 to 2015. In 2015, they moved to Penntex Midstream as an HR Supervisor and remained in that role until 2017. Since 2018, Alexandra has been working at Kinetik, initially as the Director of HR & Benefits and then promoted to Senior Director of HR & Benefits in January 2021. With their extensive experience in HR, they bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current position.

Alexandra Hernandez, PHR, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University. In 2014, they obtained a Certificate in Professional HR Development from Rice University. Alexandra also holds additional certifications including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI), obtained in January 2015, and the Society for Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, obtained in January 2015.
