Mo Fisk serves as the Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging Manager II at King County, WA since February 2024. Prior to this role, Mo held various leadership positions at Downtown Emergency Service Center, including Director of Administration and Planning, where Mo oversaw a multi-site behavioral health and housing organization with over 1,000 employees. Mo also contributed significantly as Manager of Staff Training and Communications, managing training programs for more than 800 staff members. Earlier experience includes serving as Regional Director for the Puget Sound branch of Lutheran Volunteer Corps and co-directing a community leadership program with WWFOR. Mo began a career in program assistance at the Center for Global Education, facilitating educational initiatives in Namibia and South Africa. Mo holds a Master of Arts in Education from Antioch University Seattle and dual Bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Peace Studies from Gustavus Adolphus College.
