Melinda Davidson

Melinda Davidson currently serves as the Associate Director of Lateral Partner Recruiting & Integration at King & Spalding, a role held since September 2018. Prior to this position, Melinda was the Senior Attorney Recruiting Manager at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP from September 2014 to August 2018 and also held the title of President of the Atlanta Legal Recruiters Association in 2016, while serving as a board member from 2013 to 2016. Melinda's extensive experience in legal recruitment began with positions at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP as a Sr. Specialist in Professional Development and continued at Dow Lohnes PLLC as a Sr. Specialist in Legal Recruiting and Business Resources. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Southern University and a Paralegal Certificate from the National Center for Paralegal Training, obtained in 1985.
