Afrah Alshuaiby

Afrah AlShuaiby is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Senior Legal Advisor at the Ministry of Finance in Saudi Arabia since April 2022. Prior to this role, Afrah held positions including Associate Corporate Counsel at Amazon, Senior Legal Manager at Jada Fund of Funds, and Associate at Latham & Watkins. Afrah also has experience in investment banking advisory at HSBC and served as a consultant in deals advisory at KPMG. Early career experiences include internships at the US Arab Chamber of Commerce, the Arab-British Chamber of Commerce, and DLA Piper. Afrah is currently expanding legal expertise through the Harvard Law School Executive Education program and holds several advanced degrees in finance and law from prestigious institutions including The George Washington University and the University of Westminster.
