King's House is a co-ed independent day prep school and nursery for children aged 3 to 13 in Richmond. We offer a high-quality, broad and balanced education where pupils can discover their unique talents and passions.

 Pupils move on to a wide range of day, boarding, single sex and co-ed senior schools at 11 or 13, with many achieving scholarships in performing arts, music, academics or sport. They move on to their next schools armed not only with excellent academic results, but also a sense of self-awareness, respectfulness and independence.

We are delighted to be welcoming girls into Reception for the first time from September 2024, as the school transitions to co-education. All children in the Nursery are guaranteed a place in Reception.
