Vicki Tavener

Vicki Tavener has a diverse work experience in various HR and administrative roles. Vicki started their career at The Recruitment Place in 2011 as an Administrator. Vicki then moved on to LDL - Leadership Development Ltd, where they worked as a Project Coordinator from December 2011 to January 2013. Following that, they joined Foster + Partners as an HR Assistant from January 2013 to February 2014. Since February 2014, Vicki has been working at Kingsley Napley, initially as an HR Officer until August 2017, then as an HR Manager until February 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of HR (Operations and Business Partnering) at Kingsley Napley starting from March 2021.

Vicki Tavener completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Exeter from 2008 to 2011. In 2012 to 2013, they earned an Intermediate Diploma in HR Management, Assoc CIPD from ICS. Prior to that, they attended The College of Richard Collyer from 2006 to 2008 and Hurstpierpoint College from 2003 to 2006.
