Nathan John

Nathan John is an experienced executive recruitment professional with a background in leading talent acquisition initiatives across multiple regions and sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at The Omerta Group since October 2018, Nathan oversees the firm's global executive search operations. Prior to this role, Nathan held significant positions at UBS as Executive Director and Head of Executive Recruitment for EMEA & Global CCS, managing diverse recruitment efforts and promoting diversity initiatives within the Investment Bank. Nathan's extensive experience also includes roles at Russell Investments, Barclays Wealth Management, Merrill Lynch, and earlier as a head-hunter specializing in the acquisition of senior bankers across EMEA and Asia Pacific.
