N. Håkan Wohlin

KingsRock was founded in 2016 as a financial services firm. The idea is built on the power of leveraging a global network, and a series of partnerships, among seasoned executives who have worked closely together for many decades, in various industry verticals across geographies.

Håkan Wohlin has worked in the financial services industry for decades, having done business across continents and industries, with a majority of his career in investment banking at Deutsche Bank having started at Bear Stearns, & Co. In between he helped build a tech startup. He has worked in New York and London.

Most recently as Deutsche Bank’s Global Head of Debt Origination, at the time the largest global debt underwriting franchise. Previously he was Deutsche Bank’s head of European Capital Markets Origination across structured finance, public issuance, rates, credit, fx and commodities for corporations, financials and governments. His business consisted of 200-300 originators across geographies.

As part of serving clients of KingsRock Advisors, Håkan Wohlin engages in a range of advisory roles. Via one such assignment, he also works closely with the Grace & Mercy Foundation.

He was member of the board and Vice Chairman of ICMA (International Capital Markets Association), Board of Trustees of the Kent School, CT, US.

Håkan has the FINRA SIE, Series 82, Series 79 and Series 63 qualifications. He is a registered representative of Réva Capital Markets LLC, a registered broker dealer and a Member of FINRA & SIPC.

Graduate of Stockholm University (M.Sc in Business Admin), undertook grad economic studies at Harvard University.
