Colleen Warrellow has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on leadership and strategic planning. Colleen started their career as a Manager of Human Resources and Staff Development at Alberta Hospital Ponoka, where they were responsible for HR operations, training, and development. Colleen then moved to Agrium, where they served as a Change Management Advisor, developing and implementing change management programs. Following this, Colleen joined Devon Energy as the Leader of Human Resources for Canada, leading various HR functions including talent management and organization development. Colleen later worked as a Director of Human Resources at Grizzly Oil Sands ULC, where they played a key role in the development and execution of strategic business plans.
