Charles Deguire is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Kinova Robotics, a Canadian company established in 2007 that specializes in designing and manufacturing lightweight, compact, and versatile robotic solutions for human-robot interaction. Before leading Kinova, Charles served as the Chairman of the Advanced Manufacturing Table for the Government of Canada's Economic Strategy Tables from August 2017 to January 2019, contributing to the Innovation and Skills Plan. Charles also founded LCDA Innovation in 2006. Educational qualifications include completing the Entrepreneurship Development Program at MIT Sloan School of Management in 2013 and obtaining a DESS in Innovation Management and a BACC in Electrical Engineering with a focus on health technology from École de technologie supérieure.
