As Chief Executive Officer at Kinrise since September 2021, Esme has driven strategic initiatives and organizational growth. Prior to this, significant tenure at Kellogg Company spanned from March 2004 to August 2021, where Esme held multiple leadership positions, including Managing Director for Australia & New Zealand, Director of Sales for Australia, and General Manager for New Zealand. Earlier experience at Kimberly-Clark included roles such as Consumer Sales Director and National Field Sales Manager, showcasing a comprehensive background in sales and management. Esme holds a B.Proc in Contract Law from the University of Pretoria and a High School Diploma from Hoërskool Die Varing.
