Louis Collenette

Louis Collenette is a seasoned digital content and journalism professional currently serving as the Interim Head of Digital and Content at Kinship since March 2024. Prior to this role, Louis held various positions at YoungMinds from August 2019 to February 2024, including Senior Digital Content Officer, where responsibilities encompassed managing and editing blog content, digital strategy, and social media engagement. Louis also brings extensive freelance experience as a journalist, copywriter, and editor, with contributions to notable publications such as The Telegraph and The Independent. Additionally, a solid foundation in journalism was established through positions at The Mainichi Newspapers and U-ZINE, an online magazine focusing on masculinity and mental health. Louis holds a Master's degree in Investigative Journalism from City St George’s, University of London, and a Bachelor's degree in Japanese from SOAS University of London, complemented by studies at Waseda University.
