Monika Wohlfarth

Monika Wohlfarth currently serves as Senior Manager of Talent Attraction & Retention at KION Group, a position held since September 2022. Previously, Monika worked at SCHOTT as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, focusing on active sourcing and recruiting from March 2016 to August 2022. Prior experiences include roles as Senior Associate at Korn/Ferry International and Heidrick & Struggles, where responsibilities encompassed executive search consulting, research, project management, and recruiting, from October 2012 to February 2016 and December 2010 to September 2012, respectively. Additionally, Monika was a Project Manager at S.U.P Societät für Unternehmensplanung from January 2006 to November 2010 and began a career as a Junior PR-Consultant at Bachinger Public Relations from March 2003 to December 2005. Monika holds a Master of Arts in Labor and Organizational Psychology from Bergische Universität Wuppertal and a Diplom in Communication and Media Studies from Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, along with a Manager degree in Economics from EBW.
