With over two decades of experience in public service, Dora has held key communications roles across the District of Columbia government, including positions at DC Public Schools, the Department of Human Services, and the Executive Office of the Mayor. Her expertise spans strategic messaging, media relations, brand development, and community engagement. A proud graduate of Howard University, Dora brings a deep commitment to storytelling and public service, ensuring that KIPP DC’s mission and impact resonate throughout the community.​
