Carol Wells has a diverse work experience in the financial sector. Carol is currently working as Grant Accounting Director at KIPP Foundation since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Jewish Community Federation as a Senior Endowment Accountant from December 2006 to July 2011. Before that, they held multiple roles at Exploratorium, including Senior Grants Analyst (1999-2006) and Division Accounting Manager (1995-1999) from April 1995 to December 2006. Their earliest known position was as a Financial Manager at The Mexican Museum from October 1993 to April 1995.
Carol Wells earned a BA degree in German and Psychology from the University of Michigan, which they attended from 1979 to 1984. Later, they pursued an MBA degree with a focus on International Management. Carol completed their MBA studies at the Thunderbird School of Global Management from 1985 to 1986, choosing electives in Finance and Accounting.
