Chad Spader has a diverse work experience in the creative marketing and design field. Chad started their career in 2004 as a Junior Designer at Smizer Design and later worked as a Graphic Designer/Freelance at TIME in 2006. Chad then joined Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) in 2006 as an Art Director, where they conceptualized and designed various print and web materials. Chad also held the role of Graphic Designer at PPFA during this time. In 2013, Chad joined the KIPP Foundation as a Senior Creative Services Manager and later became the Senior Manager of Creative Strategy. From 2019 to 2023, they served as the Director of Creative Strategy and Content at KIPP Foundation. Chad's most recent role, starting in July 2022, is the Director of Creative Marketing at KIPP Foundation.
Chad Spader attended Syracuse University from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained a degree in Graphic Arts with a field of study in Psychology. Chad also has a certification in Storytelling for Influence from IDEO U, obtained in 2020.
