Andre Bell has over 25 years of engineering experience, currently serving as an Engineer and Engineering Manager at Kirby Risk Service Center since April 1998. Previously, Andre served as a Specialist with the U.S. Army from June 1990 to June 1994, where Andre was attached to Bravo Company of the 5th Engineering Battalion and participated in Operation Desert Shield/Storm under the 18th Airborne Corps. Andre holds a degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
