Joe Hart has been with Kirby Risk since June 1998, holding various titles such as Vice President of Operations and Vice President of E-Business. Prior to this, Joe served as the Director of Purchasing and Materials Management at Kirby Risk Electrical Supply from July 2004 to September 2012. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Advertising from Ball State University, where Joe graduated in 1989. Joe also attended Noblesville High School, graduating in 1985.
