Adam Gonzales

Adam Gonzales is an accomplished vessel recruiting manager with extensive experience in human resources and recruiting across various sectors. Currently employed at Kirby since August 2023, Adam is responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans and managing the marine recruiting department. Prior to this role, Adam served as a people, values, and communications recruiter at TALKE USA Inc., where full cycle recruiting support was provided across multiple business units. Adam's military background includes significant roles within the U.S. Army Recruiting Command, including recruiting and development manager, talent acquisition and recruiting manager, and regional recruiter, where Adam led efforts to enhance recruiting effectiveness and communication. Adam’s foundational experience includes field artillery leadership positions, demonstrating a strong capacity for training, managing personnel, and overseeing operational readiness. Adam is a graduate of the US Army Recruiting and Retention College and holds a high school diploma from San Angelo Central High School.
