Prior experience includes a role as Learning & Development Specialist at Recreational Equipment, Inc, where Broomhead designed and executed training programs to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity, as well as a position as Training & Development Consultant at Learning Point, Inc, collaborating with a Fortune 500 company on management development sessions and revenue-generating training programs.
