Lisa Rader

Lisa Rader serves as the Global Director of Benefits and HR Operations at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, a position held since March 2010, where oversight of a high-performing team ensures the delivery of innovative solutions and superior service across the organization. Rader designs and deploys inclusive programs addressing wellbeing, retirement, healthcare, and family support, contributing to Kirkland's status as an employer of choice in the legal industry. Previous experience includes the role of Global Director, Benefits, focusing on healthcare and retirement plan administration and strategic long-term healthcare cost containment, as well as serving as HR Compliance Manager, where monitoring and advising on employment-related legal requirements was key. Rader holds a BA in Education and Psychology from Beloit College.
