Jim has 37 years of experience and works with each of the teams to manage all hiring and Team staffing for Kirksey. He oversees the management of the facility as well as plays key roles in managing the financial, technology, project delivery, and training/education processes of the firm. Jim began his career in production, became a Registered Architect, and later moved into IT and operations management.
