Academic experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor at Sinhgad Institute of Technology & Science and ASM's Institute of Business Management & Research. Nishant holds an Executive Development Program in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Operations Management from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, alongside a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj Engineering College.
