Mr. Ramkumar Krishnamachari is an experienced leader with over 27 years of experience, of which last 14 years have been in the role of CFO. An experience which is well grounded the ensuring key business objectives of value maximization for shareholders, providing great service to user and customer community, adhering to high corporate governance standards, creating and fostering a great environment for the employees and ensure being a responsible corporate citizen. Until recently, Mr. Ramkumar Krishnamachari was the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Just Dial Limited and is the man who laid the groundwork and led the Initial Public Offering of the Company which turned out to be a resounding success despite a sluggish market at that time. Ramkumar was amongst the Top 20 rank holders at AICWA & ACA (1987-89).
