Kit Switch

Kit Switch is a construction startup creating modular apartment interiors for building retrofits and conversions. Kit Switch acts as a component designer, providing housing developers and their partner architect and contractors with access to a design package and the purchase of pre-assembled kits. These building blocks are sized to fit throughexisting structures and assemble in a fraction of the time required of traditional methods, resulting in streamlined turn-around time, reduced costs, and less material waste while enabling quality, sustainable, and affordable infill housing.
