Joshua Francoeur

Joshua Francoeur has over 19 years of experience in project management and engineering within the construction industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Kitchell since November 2012, Joshua has also held roles as a Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer at the same company.
