Holistic, Inclusive Therapy for Queer, BIPOC & Neurodivergent Adults (Virtual across Massachusetts).

At Kitchen Table Psychotherapy, I work with individuals and couples—especially LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and neurodivergent clients—who feel anxious, overwhelmed, and worn out. Together, we work to untangle the pressure to hold it all together and start building a life that actually feels like yours.

Clients often come to me navigating complex questions about identity, belonging, boundaries, and burnout. You may be the one people lean on. You might be tired of pretending things are fine. You may be holding multiple marginalized identities while trying to survive in systems that weren’t built with you in mind. My role is to offer a therapy space that is grounded, affirming, and responsive to you—not just your symptoms.

I specialize in supporting:

I use a warm, relational, trauma-informed approach that integrates somatic, internal family systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based techniques. Our work is collaborative, anti-oppressive, and culturally affirming.

This is therapy for folks who want to feel seen, not pathologized. A place to explore who you are beneath the roles, masks, and survival strategies.
