Bruce Gruenbaum

Bruce Gruenbaum is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software engineering and data management. Currently serving as the Director of Data and Software Engineering at Kitsap Credit Union, Bruce also co-founded Intangere, LLC in 2009. Prior roles include Director of Software Engineering at R1 RCM, where Bruce oversaw a team of 25 engineers and achieved $6M in annual value through innovative generative AI solutions, and Director of Software Engineering at Premera Blue Cross, managing a large team to enhance operational efficiency and member satisfaction. Additional experience includes significant contributions at Nordstrom, where Bruce directed the modernization of core data services, and held various leadership positions that advanced architectural design and implementation, contributing to substantial reductions in project delivery timelines. Bruce holds a degree from the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika.
