Julie Petersen has a diverse work experience in healthcare organizations. Julie served as the Chief Executive Officer at Kittitas Valley Healthcare, overseeing the integrated rural healthcare delivery system. Julie was also the Interim Vice President of Behavioural Health and Clinic Services at Lourdes Health Network. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer at Prosser Public Hospital District, responsible for all operational aspects of the healthcare system. Julie also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at the same organization. Julie started their career as an Accountant at Group Health and later served as a Controller at Kadlec Regional Medical Center, where they were responsible for various financial functions.
Julie Petersen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Central Washington University between 1979 and 1983. Julie also obtained certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the AICPA in March 2019.
