Alfonso Franco

Alfonso Franco is an experienced production manager with a strong background in manufacturing and logistics development. Currently serving as Production Manager at Kittyhawk since October 2019, Alfonso specializes in the introduction of ERP and MES systems for eVTOL aircraft. Prior to this role, Alfonso worked at Tesla as a Production Manager from January 2011 to January 2019, where responsibilities included leading over 1,000 employees and launching three new vehicle models during a plant startup. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Toyota North America for a brief period in 2010, focusing on new plant assembly line coordination, and a long tenure at New United Motors Manufacturing Inc from October 1993 to April 2010, where Alfonso managed a team of over 200 and consistently achieved key performance indicators through continuous improvement initiatives.
