Sophie McAulay is a Senior Content & Community Manager at Kiva since January 2022, bringing a diverse background in content creation and growth strategies. Previously, Sophie served as the Director of Growth at GlobeIn, effectively leading a marketing team that achieved significant revenue growth and garnered recognition as one of the fastest growing direct-to-consumer brands. While at AND.CO, Sophie spearheaded impactful content initiatives and launched a podcast. Freelance work included writing for notable clients such as the University of Western Sydney, while roles at Web Profits and Wolff Olins involved consulting, strategy development, and content coordination across various platforms. Sophie holds a Bachelor of International Studies (Hons) from The University of Sydney and has pursued freelance journalism at The London School of Journalism.
