Deborah Dana has a diverse range of work experience.

Deborah currently holds the role of Managing Director of Etsy Mexico, which they began in October 2022. Deborah also serves as the Director of Product Management at Etsy, a position they started in May 2022.

In 2017, they founded Canasta Rosa, a unique platform that promotes and facilitates buying and selling of personalized products created by female entrepreneurs.

Dana is also a co-founder and board member of Kiwilimon.com, a role they have held since August 2009.

From May 2015 to December 2017, they worked as the Managing Partner at Soldiers Field Angels.

In the past, they have held positions such as Director of Marketing and Sales at Interlingua, overseeing marketing plans and sales strategies for the company's schools nationwide. Dana also co-founded and worked as a co-founder at ASEM - Asociación de Emprendedores de México, a non-profit organization that aims to make Mexico a better place for entrepreneurs. Deborah'stenure with ASEM lasted from 2017 to 2019.
