Tăng Hải Quốc has been in the software testing industry since 2012, starting with a Senior QA role at Gameloft. In 2016, they moved to VNG Corporation as a QC Engineer, where they acquired knowledge about software testing and obtained an iSTQB Certificate Foundation Level. In 2021, they took a QC Supervisor role at STARTX6 STUDIO, and in 2022, they returned to VNG Corporation as a QA/QC. At KIXEYE, they worked as a QA Analyst from 2018-2021, where they were responsible for making sure the quality of projects and releases were on deadline, and they also created test cases and flow charts for new features.

Tăng Hải Quốc has obtained an ISTQB Foundation Level from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in the field of software testing, as well as an IT degree from Saigon Technology University.
