Carla di Vincenzo

Carla Di Vincenzo currently serves as the Director of People Experience for Australia at K&L Gates, where responsibilities include providing commercial and practical advice on people management issues and leading HR and recruitment projects. With a tenure at K&L Gates starting in 2010, Carla has held various roles, including Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner. Previous experience includes positions at Trevor Main Group and Arup, where Carla contributed to HR administration and project management. Carla holds a Bachelor of Management in Human Resources from Deakin University and is a Results Trained Coach from the NeuroLeadership Institute, complemented by a Diploma of Human Resources Management from Box Hill Institute.
