Celeste Herrera

Celeste Herrera has extensive experience in law firm management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Practice Operations for the Intellectual Property Practice group and Director of Administration for the Chicago office at K&L Gates since March 2009. In these roles, Celeste manages practice management functions and collaborates with various teams to enhance client experiences while overseeing overall office management. Prior to K&L Gates, Celeste held multiple recruiting roles, including Firmwide Recruiting Manager and Director of Legal Recruiting at Bell, Boyd & Lloyd LLP, where responsibilities included managing recruiting strategies and processes for associates. Celeste also contributed to the Chicago Association of Legal Personnel Administrators as Treasurer from 1999 to 2010. Celeste earned a degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1994 to 1998.
