Virendra Kirloskar is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, primarily at KLA-Tencor, where tenure spans from 1993 to the present. Currently serving as Senior VP Finance and Chief Accounting Officer since March 2008, Virendra previously held positions as VP Finance and Corporate Controller from 2003 to 2008. Prior experience includes the role of Corporate Controller at Atmel Corporation and Chief Financial Officer at Ishoni Networks. Virendra began a career in finance at Ernst & Young as a Manager from 1988 to 1992. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a BA in Accounting and Economics from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
