Vitor Máximo

Vitor Máximo is an experienced process analyst at Klabin since June 2021, focusing on workflow standardization and performance improvement through kaizen projects, Lean methodologies, and internal audits of ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards. Prior to Klabin, Vitor served as an administrative assistant at Metalurgica Herfab LTDA, where responsibilities included document management, contract oversight, and budgeting for industrial services. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration at the Universidade do Estado do Amazonas, Vitor combines practical experience with academic knowledge to enhance operational effectiveness and quality management.
