Jason Manookian has worked in a variety of roles since 2001. Jason began their career as an Aerospace Ground Equipment Mechanic with the United States Air Force. In 2007, they took on the role of Powered Support Systems Mechanic with the New York Air National Gaurd. In 2010, they worked as a PC Technician with McKesson and a Technical Analyst with Geisinger Health System. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at SRSsoft as a Tier II Support Team Lead, Senior Technical Support Analyst, and Technical Support Analyst. In 2015, they moved to Nextech Systems as a Tier III Support Technical Support Analyst. Since 2022, they have been working as a Lead Technical Support Engineer with Klara.

Jason Manookian attended ITT Technical Institute from 2009 to 2010, where they earned an Associates degree in Computer Network Systems. Jason then attended Walden University from 2011 to 2012, studying Information Systems Management.
