Cécile Früh has extensive experience in various leadership and project management roles. Currently, Cécile serves as Team Lead for both CS Kaizen Post Purchase and Consumer Operations DACH at Klarna since November 2020, following positions as a Service Delivery Specialist. Prior to Klarna, Cécile worked at Zett Hospitality GmbH as a Senior Project Manager and at Dschumbo Promotion GmbH as a Project Manager. Previous roles include Regional Manager for Hospitality Services at Lagardère Plus and Assistant Management at SAVVY Contemporary, along with internships at Volya Films and ChoYou. Cécile holds a Master’s degree in Cultural Economics and Entrepreneurship from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Freie Universität Berlin, with additional study at the University of Birmingham.
