Carolyn Remer

Carolyn Remer serves as the Associate Creative Director of UX Copy at Klaviyo since November 2021. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at Root Inc., where responsibilities included leading content design and UX writing for personal insurance and enterprise products, managing the content design team, and crafting language frameworks to enhance customer experience. Carolyn has also held various roles focused on content strategy and development, including Senior Copy Manager, Senior Content Writer, and UX Writer at Root Inc. Additionally, Carolyn's freelance writing work spans publications such as Columbus Monthly Magazine and The Columbus Book Project. Previous positions include Content Director at Menguin and Writer/Producer for the television program "Get Married." Carolyn holds a B.A. in Communications and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
