Dan O'Malley

Dan O'Malley is a seasoned HRIS Analyst with extensive experience in human resources information systems, currently serving as a Senior HRIS Analyst at Klaviyo since November 2020. Previously, Dan held similar positions at Watts Water Technologies and Bose Corporation, where key accomplishments included launching global initiatives, configuring business processes, creating HR metrics dashboards, and troubleshooting HCM and reporting issues. Dan began a career in community support services, providing guidance and care for individuals with mental health challenges. Dan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
