Gopal Sagar has extensive experience in operations and strategy, currently serving in Pricing Operations at Klaviyo since December 2024. Prior to this, Gopal held various positions at Toast, Inc., including Global Revenue Operations, where a global organization was developed to support a 40% YoY growth strategy. Gopal's previous roles include Director of Global Strategy and Planning at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where an international team was led to implement a multi-year operational strategy across several regions, and Senior Manager of Strategy and Operations at Freddie Mac, managing significant strategic initiatives. Gopal also has a background in Lean Process Excellence at Liberty Mutual and experience in business analysis at both Liberty Mutual and Marriott International. Gopal holds an MBA from Bryant University and a BS from Johnson & Wales University.
