Rishabh Gupta possesses extensive experience in operations analytics, client insights, and customer success across multiple organizations. Rishabh currently serves as the Manager of Operations Analytics and Reporting at Klaviyo and has previously held various leadership roles at Recorded Future, including Senior Manager and Manager of Client Insights and Systems. At Datto, Inc., Rishabh worked as a VoC Analyst and Sales Engineer, while earlier experience at Apple included positions as an Apple Store Leader Program Associate and Genius. Rishabh also contributed as an Individual Researcher at Brandeis University. Educated at Harvard University with a Master’s Degree in Business Management and Framingham State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology (Cum Laude), Rishabh combines a strong academic background with diverse professional skills.
