Yohan Painchaud

Yohan Painchaud serves as the R&D Engineering Director at Klaxoon since September 2016, focusing on agile organizational development within the R&D department, including recruitment, skills management, performance indicators, and global governance. Yohan has previously held roles as a DevOps Manager and Agile Coach, where responsibilities included enhancing agility across software development teams and ensuring effective delivery rhythms. Prior to Klaxoon, Yohan worked at Groupe Regards as an Agile Coach and led transformation initiatives to improve performance and quality. Experience also includes project management at Sopra for the Direction Générale de l'Armement, overseeing a multi-site team, and serving as a project manager and ScrumMaster at ALTEN, where leadership was extended over software projects and service centers. Education includes a DESS ISA in Informatics and a DEUG in Mathematics and Computer Science from Université de Rennes I.
