Florian Baier has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Florian is currently serving as the Head of Sales Excellence & Analytics at Kleinanzeigen since January 2022. Florian began their career at the Kohler Family Office as the Assistant to the CEO from September 1995 to August 1998.

Florian Baier attended Munich Business School from 1991 to 1995, studying Corporate Finance. During their time at Munich Business School, they did not receive a degree. In 1994, Florian Baier participated in an exchange program and attended the London Business Management School as a visiting student, focusing on Corporate Finance. In 1993, Florian Baier also took part in an exchange program at EBS Paris - European Business School, where they studied Corporate Finance.

Since June 2021, the company has been part of Adevinta, a leading global provider of online classified ads. In May 2023, the name was changed to Kleinanzeigen.
