Milos Janicki's work experience begins in 2008 as the International Communication and Hosting Coordinator for World Youth Wave. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as a Fieldwork Interviewer at Ipsos. In 2012, they held the role of International Admissions Support Officer at Ozyegin University and later became a Teaching Assistant and Travel Manager at the University of Economics in Prague. In 2019, Milos started working at eBay Kleinanzeigen as a Senior Marketing and Product Analyst and eventually became the Marketing Analytics Team Lead, where they established the organization, managed stakeholders, supported business leaders, and developed a self-service analytics culture. Their employment at eBay Kleinanzeigen is ongoing as of January 2022.
Milos Janicki completed their Master's Degree in Interdisciplinary Research and Studies on Eastern Europe from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna in 2010-2012. In 2011, they also attended Marmara University to study International Relations and Affairs, although it is not mentioned if they completed a degree in this field. Prior to that, from 2003 to 2009, Janicki obtained a Master's degree from Prague University of Economics and Business, focusing on International Business and Economy, as well as International Relations.

Kleinanzeigen also offers small and medium-sized businesses the opportunity to present their services online. Around 35 million users per month make Kleinanzeigen one of the most widely used websites in Germany. Kleinanzeigen was launched in September 2009 as eBay Kleinanzeigen. Since June 2021, the company has been part of Adevinta, a leading global provider of online classified ads. In May 2023, the name was changed to Kleinanzeigen.
