Michael Foster

Michael Foster is a seasoned environmental services professional with extensive experience at Kleinfelder since 2009, where Michael holds multiple vice president roles including Environmental Services Manager, Contaminated Lands Service Line Director, Regional Manager, and Project Management lead. Michael is recognized as a subject matter expert in CERCLA site investigations and hydrogeology, with a proven track record in managing high-value federal contracts and directing technical staff across various environmental assessments and remediation projects. Prior roles include Senior Program Manager at Kleinfelder, Senior Vice President at Sullivan International Group, and Senior Project Manager at Tetra Tech EM Inc., with foundational experience as a hydrogeologist in South Africa. Michael holds a PhD in Hydrogeology from the University of Minnesota, an MSc in Geohydrology from Rhodes University, and a BSc in Engineering Geology and Geotechnics from the University of Portsmouth.
