Tonya Mattix has extensive work experience in supply chain management. Tonya is currently the Director of Supply Chain Management at Klöckner Pentaplast. Before joining Klöckner Pentaplast in 2015, Tonya worked as the Director of Supply Chain GDTNA at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they were the Supply Chain Integration Director at Eastman Chemical Company from 2012 to 2013. Tonya also worked at Solutia Inc. as the Supply Chain Excellence Director from 2011 to 2012 and as the North American Supply Chain Director from 2009 to 2011. Their earlier experience includes various roles at Solutia and Monsanto, including Global Business Operations Planner, Master Production Scheduler, Order Fulfillment Analyst, Technical Service Representative, Manufacturing Engineer, and Rotational Engineer.

Tonya Mattix attended the Georgia Institute of Technology from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Tonya later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of West Florida from 1994 to 1997.
