Joshua Harris

Joshua Harris has over 14 years of work experience. Joshua began their career in 2005 as a Customer Experience Manager at California Water Service Company. Joshua then held the roles of Acting Customer Service Dept. Administrator, Storekeeper/Opers Clerk, Acting Distribution Superintendent, Certified Pump Operator, Utility Worker, and Operation Maintenance Worker. In 2017, they joined KloudGin as the Director of Customer Success and later became the Sr Director of Customer Success.

Joshua Harris attended Cabrillo College and Scotts Valley High School. Joshua also holds certifications from the American Water Works Association, the State of California Department of Public Health, and the State of California Department of Public Health, including Backflow Prevention AssemblyTester (obtained in September 2013), Water Distribution Operator (obtained in June 2006), and Water Treatment Operator (obtained in August 2007).
